Rick J. Fenelli has been in practice for over 30 years. His wife, Margie, has been by his side from the beginning acting as his Office Manager and Legal Assistant. Within the last nine years, their daughters, Amy Fenelli Ciftcikara, Katie A. Fenelli, and Karianne Fenelli Welch have joined the firm, together with Amy's husband, Oz C. Ciftcikara. Both Rick and Oz received their LL.M in Taxation from Chapman University in 2007, and in addition, Oz is certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. We pride ourselves in taking care of our clients as we would our own Family - it's the Italian tradition.
